Eva-Maria (she/her)

Eva-Maria studied mathematics, economics, and computer science. With her passion for numbers and her drive to find efficient solutions in complex systems, she ensures that our consulting processes run smoothly internally. She is fascinated by the ways people connect with one another, and being outside in any weather is a source of strength and grounding for her. Besides her work at TheDive, she is passionately committed to giving young people a loud voice and political influence.

felix_herter_full
Felix Herter (he/him)

Felix wants to contribute to helping people access a deeper connection to themselves and strengthen their relationships with others and the environment. He sees enormous potential in this as a way to effectively address the major challenges of our time—from turbo-capitalism and xenophobia to the climate crisis.

At TheDive, Felix focuses on building and strengthening these connections, particularly as a facilitator in transformation processes, a trainer for The Loop Approach Fellows, and an organizer of the Loop Academy. As one of the architects of the pilot project “Meine Station,” Germany’s first self-organized general surgery ward, he is breaking new ground in healthcare. He also represents TheDive on the board of the Netzwerk Schule im Aufbruch e.V.

ulli_schoop_full
Uli Schoop (he/him)

Uli wants to unlock potential — in people and organizations. He is energized by cultural differences and similarities alike, and finds strength in mountains and meaningful relationships. When asked about the real value of his work, he points to building trust, opening up new perspectives, and bringing plenty of humor into the room.

Four “potential areas” drive him most: innovation, conflict, leadership, and change. He has worked on these across corporations, family businesses, and research institutions — locally and globally. And no matter where his work takes him, the laughter of his children always brings him back home.

anna-katharina-pelzel_full
Anna-Katharina Pelzel (she/her)

Anna believes that good work is built on strong relationships. She’s convinced we need connected teams instead of traditional HR management, more Post-its than paperwork, and a mix of knowledge transfer plus real communication platforms. Anna brings people together in (digital) communities and creates genuine encounters — always on equal footing and with a lot of heart.
She’s known for carrying small icebreakers, a bit of playful chaos, and a deep trust in the future wherever she goes. With her founding of the new work campus, she connects education and business to create a true educonomy.
Ask Anna for creative networking formats, beautiful Excel sheets, emotional intelligence, and intuition — she brings all of it.

felix_ruebcke_thedive_full
Felix Rübcke (he/him)

Felix supports organizations on their journey toward responsive structures, processes, mindsets, and culture – and toward regenerative business models.
His approach is to empower people and teams to shape development processes from within. This enables them to find their own answers to their questions, develop their own solutions to tensions, and make better decisions.
Felix is particularly interested in how organizational action can contribute to future viability while helping to co-create a life-serving, future-proof economy.
He loves spending time on the water and in the mountains.

johannes-ries_full
Johannes Ries (he/him)

As a PhD-trained ethnologist, Johannes is never daunted by a world he doesn’t yet understand.
The considerate forward-thinker has been enjoying for years how to bring organizations to life and get people moving — for the benefit of all stakeholders. When things get complex, Johannes is just getting warmed up.
As a values-driven creator of added value, he loves grounding free-spirited ideas in companies with a pragmatic touch and helping them bear fruit. His motto throughout: Holistic — or not at all.

michael_coelle_full
Michael Cölle (he/him)

Michael combines business thinking, technical understanding, and human connection into a holistic triad.
With two decades of experience as a top manager in large corporations, as a CEO, and with an MBA in Finance, Michael thinks strategically and economically. He lived and worked for several years in Japan, England, the Netherlands, and Greater China. Connecting and developing cultures is his core competency. Developing organizations is his passion. Integration topics and systemic thinking are in his blood.

As a PhD physicist and pioneer of OLED technology with over a decade in the high-tech industry, he holds numerous patents and brings a strong affinity for technical topics.

renate-standfest_full
Renate Standfest (she/her)

As a systemic organizational developer, Renate accompanies companies and people through change.
After studying business administration, she spent 10 years working in a large automotive corporation before taking the leap into self-employment. For the past 20 years, Renate has advised her clients through demanding transformation processes and has also joyfully trained consultants and agile coaches.
Her passion for sustainable business and regenerative business models brought Renate to TheDive. For many years, she has also been actively involved in local politics. Her motto is: “We cannot complain the world into a better place, but we can take our social and ecological responsibility seriously to make our world a little bit better.”
Renate recharges and lets her soul unwind in the company of family and friends. When she dives into Lake Ammersee and glides through the water, she is truly in her element. Swimming and sailing help her switch off, enjoy the power of nature, and fully focus on the moment.

sandra_bluhdorn_full_2
Sandra Blühdorn (she/her)

Sandra’s journey is a transformation in itself.
While working in classic corporate contexts within mid-sized companies and large corporations, she always focused on new business fields and business innovation. Then, founding an academy and consulting firm as an in-house startup finally made her “switch sides.”
Today, as a consultant, facilitator, and systemic coach, she supports teams, organizations, and individuals in transformation and innovation toward greater sustainability and regeneration. In doing so, she combines her affinity for digitalization and innovation with self-leadership and the holistic perspective of the Council Guide training—an ancient Earth wisdom.

sebastian-dinzenhofer_thedive_full
Sebastian Dinzenhofer (he/him)

Sebastian has personally experienced what it means to go through a transformation—both within himself and as the ultimate responsible leader of an organization.
That experience has shaped him deeply. He is driven by holding space, bringing people together on equal footing, and enabling transformation rather than forcing it. With responsibility and enthusiasm, he is motivated to create something meaningful together—and that’s what lights up his face with a genuine smile.

susanne_nissen_full
Susanne Nissen (she/her)

Susanne’s passion is transforming humanly complex situations—sometimes seemingly hopeless constellations of people—into what they really are: opportunities to grow together.
In the first phase of her career, she focused on social systems such as child, youth, couple, and family therapy. Since training as a process and organizational consultant and as a business coach, she has been supporting people through change processes in corporations and mid-sized companies. Her focus consistently lies in aligning the current challenges with each individual’s options for action and design.
Opening spaces for deep exchange and inspiring people to stay committed to their workplace over the long term brings Susanne joy. She intentionally works with the idea that everything is energy—using it as a resource in her practice—just as she draws on the vitality and openness with which she engages with others.
Her Frisian-Danish childhood in nature—between land and sea—sharpened her wide perspective across the most diverse business landscapes.
