Our Divers in Munich
Eva-Maria (she/her)

Eva-Maria studied Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science. Her passion for numbers and finding efficient solutions in complex systems ensures smooth consulting processes internally. She is fascinated by how people interact with each other, finds being outdoors in any weather a source of strength and grounding. In addition to her work at TheDive, she passionately advocates giving young people a loud voice and political influence.

Felix Herter (he/him)

Felix aims to contribute to helping people achieve a deeper connection with themselves and strengthen their relationships with others and the environment. He sees this as a crucial potential to effectively tackle the major challenges of our time, from turbo-capitalism and xenophobia to the climate crisis. At TheDive, Felix focuses on building and strengthening these connections, particularly as a facilitator in transformation processes, trainer for The Loop Approach Fellows, and organizer of the Loop Academy. As one of the architects of the pilot project "Meine Station," the first self-organized general surgical clinic ward in Germany, he is pioneering new approaches in healthcare. Additionally, Felix represents TheDive on the board of Netzwerk Schule im Aufbruch e.V.

Uli Schoop (he/him)

Uli aims to unleash potentials—in individuals and organizations alike. Cultural differences and commonalities inspire him, while mountains and relationships strengthen him. When asked about the value he brings, he answers with building trust, discovering new perspectives, and plenty of humor. Four key areas drive his passion: innovation, conflict resolution, leadership, and change. He has tackled these challenges in corporations, family businesses, and research institutions, both locally and globally. The laughter of his children always brings him joyfully back home.

Anna-Katharina Pelzel (she/her)

Anna believes that successful work is based on strong relationships. For her, it's about connected teams rather than personnel management, more Post-its than files, and both knowledge transfer and communication platforms. Anna brings people in (digital) communities together for real encounters—on equal footing and with a lot of heart. Always in her toolkit: small icebreakers, a bit of nonsense, and a great deal of trust in the future. With her founding of the new work campus, she merges education and business into what she calls Educonomy. Ask Anna about creative networking opportunities, beautiful Excel sheets, emotion, and intuition.

Caro Hofer (she/her)

In her role as a leader of an innovation subsidiary in the automotive industry, Caro has experienced and shaped the introduction of our Loop Approach within traditional structures and mindsets, gradually moving towards self-organization. She understands the challenges that come with cultural change—it's not always easy and cannot happen overnight. Change evolves from within. Caro is passionate about guiding these transformation processes and creating and maintaining spaces where growth and development can thrive.

Felix Rübcke (he/him)

Felix guides organizations towards responsive structures, processes, mindsets, and cultures, as well as regenerative business models. His approach focuses on empowering individuals and teams to shape developmental processes from within. His goal is to help them find their own answers to questions, develop their own solutions to tensions, and make better decisions. Felix is particularly interested in how organizational actions can contribute to their own sustainability and also contribute to a more life-supporting and future-oriented economy. He loves spending time on the water and in the mountains.

Johannes Ries (he/him)

As a PhD anthropologist, Johannes explores every world, no matter how unfamiliar. This thoughtful forward-thinker has enjoyed enlivening organizations and mobilizing people for the benefit of all stakeholders for years. When faced with complexity, Johannes thrives. As a value-driven creator of added value, he relishes grounding visionary ideas in pragmatism within companies and ensuring they bear fruit. His motto throughout: Holistic or not at all.

Michael Cölle (he/him)

Michael combines business acumen, technical expertise, and human interaction into a holistic triad.

With two decades of experience as a top manager in large corporations, as a CEO, and an MBA in Finance, Michael thinks strategically and economically. He has lived and worked for several years in Japan, England, the Netherlands, and Greater China. Connecting and developing cultures is his core competence, and developing organizations is his passion. Integration issues and systemic thinking are ingrained in him.

As a PhD physicist and pioneer in OLED technology with over a decade in the high-tech industry, he holds numerous patents and brings an affinity for technical subjects to the table.

Renate Standfest (she/her)

As a systemic organizational developer, Renate supports companies and individuals through periods of change. Following her studies in business administration, she spent 10 years working in a major automotive corporation before venturing into self-employment. For the past 20 years, Renate has been advising clients in challenging transformation processes and takes great joy in training consultants and agile coaches. Her passion for sustainable business practices and regenerative business models led her to TheDive. Renate has also been actively involved in local politics for many years, guided by the motto "We cannot complain to make the world better, but we can take our social and ecological responsibility seriously to make our world a little bit better."

To recharge and unwind, Renate enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She finds peace and relaxation when swimming and sailing on Lake Ammersee, where she feels entirely in her element, appreciating the power of nature and focusing entirely on the present moment

Sandra Blühdorn (she/her)

Sandra's journey itself is a transformation. While working in traditional corporate settings within medium-sized businesses and corporations, she always focused on new business fields and business innovation. The founding of an academy and consultancy as an in-house startup marked her definitive transition to "the other side." Now as a consultant, facilitator, and systemic coach, Sandra supports teams, organizations, and individuals in their transformation and innovation towards greater sustainability and regeneration. She combines her affinity for digitalization and innovation with self-leadership and the holistic perspective of Council Guide Training, which draws on ancient Earth wisdom.

Sebastian Dinzenhofer (he/him)

Sebastian has experienced firsthand as a founder and managing director what it means to undergo a personal transformation and take ultimate responsibility within an organization. These experiences have deeply shaped him. Holding space, bringing people together on equal footing, enabling rather than forcing outcomes—these principles drive Sebastian. He is motivated to achieve great things collaboratively with responsibility and enthusiasm, which brings a smile to his face.

Simon Hofer (he/him)

Simon's mission is to merge innovation and entrepreneurial success with humanity and purposefulness. As a leader in the automotive industry, he championed self-organization and played a role in developing the Loop Approach in practice. Since 2018, he has been guiding individuals and organizations through transformation processes towards greater awareness and unlocking potential. Simon is characterized as a coach by his commitment to equality, curiosity, and compassion. His wellspring of strength lies in physical activity in nature and his love for his family, which includes two young daughters.

Susanne Nissen (she/her)

Susanne's passion lies in transforming complex human situations and sometimes seemingly hopeless encounters into opportunities for mutual growth. In the first part of her career, she focused on social systems such as child, youth, couple, and family therapy. Since her training as a process and organizational consultant and business coach, she has been involved in guiding people through change processes in corporations and medium-sized companies. Her focus is always on the coordinated interaction between current challenges and the individual's options for action and design. Opening spaces for intensive exchange and inspiring people continuously for their workplace brings Susanne happiness.

She utilizes the belief that everything is energy in her approach, as well as the joy of life with which she engages with people. Her upbringing in the Frisian-Danish region, surrounded by nature between land and sea, has sharpened her broad perspective across diverse business landscapes.
