What is the Stellar Approach?
The Stellar Approach is a structured process framework that helps organizations translate the complex task of regenerative transformation into manageable steps. It works with four principles, seven practices, and three virtues of regenerative economics—providing orientation and structural support for deep transformation.

: team transformation process. However, the methods can also be applied to leadership, innovation, and business (re-)design. In more complex initiatives, we design individual transformation architectures—no blueprints, but clear structure.
How does the approach work in practice?
Across three modules of two days each, experienced consultants from TheDive guide your teams through a development process that is firmly rooted in real-world practice. Step by step, teams learn how to apply regenerative principles along the seven Stellar practices to their actual challenges. They develop first proofs of concept, establish new routines—and in doing so, strengthen their impact. Not as an add-on project, but integrated into everyday work.
