Frederik Fleischmann (he/him)

Frederik knows and values that structure and New Work don’t have to be a contradiction. At TheDive, he focuses on how self-organization can be implemented in companies so that it truly works and is genuinely helpful. Finding the right balance between mind and heart is always important to him. He has applied this approach throughout his previous roles as both an internal and external organizational developer—and, true Berliner style, was part of a startup’s founding team. His academic background is in business administration, unusually with a focus on happiness research.
