Ana Escodar (she/her)
With her Spanish flair, she has brought fresh energy to the accounting team. She trained in Spain but gained her practical experience in Germany. She loves when everything is in its place, which helps her work in a structured and organized way. Ana feels right at home among Excel spreadsheets and accounts. She firmly believes that humor always helps, and even under stress, it’s important to keep the fun in what you do. After all, the sun always shines after the storm.
Andreas Lerche (he/him)
Andreas is passionate about the Value Creation Accounting (Wertbildungsrechnung) and, more broadly, the sociology of corporate accounting. When he’s not focused on designing human-centered, helpful finance processes for self-organized companies in the 21st century, he enjoys outdoor sports and dreams of a better economic world.
In his earlier career, Andreas trained as a retail clerk and studied economics, later serving as CFO in a mid-sized mechanical engineering company and as managing director of the German branch of a French cosmetics corporation.
