What is the Loop E-Onboarding?
The Loop e-Onboarding is an 8-week e-learning program for individuals who want to integrate into a team operating according to the Loop Approach in a compact and effective way. The e-learning format provides a flexible opportunity to quickly understand the fundamentals of Loop.
Within the digital learning environment, participants learn key terms and concepts and immediately apply them in interactive exercises with their own team. The program is complemented by two open Q&A sessions with a TheDive Loop Expert to address individual questions and reinforce the content.
What does it look like in practice?
Integrating into a team doesn’t happen in a single workshop—it happens through personal contact and real everyday work. The Loop e-Onboarding acts as your digital companion, allowing you to arrive at the Loop way of working at your own pace.
We recommend investing about 1–2 hours per week over 8 weeks to complete the e-onboarding independently. The program starts with a self-assessment and guides you through all relevant aspects of the Loop Approach in a total of 10 chapters.
The mix of text, audio, and video elements brings the content to life, while individual exercises deepen your understanding. Exercises with other team members ensure that the content isn’t just theoretical but becomes a concrete and easy-to-experience part of your team’s practice. The Q&A sessions with a TheDive Loop Expert provide space to clarify questions about the concepts and their practical application.
