Client Consultation and Target Setting
A bootcamp for effective clarification conversations with your customers

Successful collaboration begins with the first conversation, the initial contact between people. This is where we demonstrate how well we listen and understand each other to establish a common context and explore goals and needs for a transformation (e.g., within the framework of a Loop Journey). Through this training, you will expand your repertoire of questions to ensure an effective process of clarifying context, assignments, and objectives.

Cornelius Schaub

Cornelius loves making connections. Perhaps because his love for diversity was ingrained in him from sauerkraut and kimchi to development economics and decision analysis. He especially enjoys connecting inner facets that may be perceived as dilemmas. And connecting people with other people. He dreams of a world where we experience (un)sense together with mutual respect.
