Feedback and Conflict Skills
The power of communication

In the context of collegial collaboration, people are increasingly challenged to give each other constructive feedback and competently resolve conflicts when friction arises in daily interactions. Therefore, in this training, you will learn the four-step process of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by Marshall Rosenberg and the underlying mindset. This will enable you to address and resolve difficult topics with colleagues gracefully. Our new dates are not yet online. Once enough participants register their interest, we will announce them.
