In times of crisis, planning only gets you so far. Leading well today means handling uncertainty, enabling self-organization, and creating the conditions for people and teams to do their best work—without burning out.
Leading through crisis is hard. In this Masterclass, we will share tangible tools that make it a little easier. In this hands-on day, we'll work through the following questions:

  • How can I widen the gap between stimulus and response under intense pressure—and reclaim my capacity to act?
  • As a leader, where can I intervene where it actually makes a difference?
  • How do I find clarity in dilemma situations?
  • How do I take care of myself—even in the middle of all this?

We'll work with tools from the TheDive Leadership Toolkit: decision premises from systems theory, the 4 Quadrants from Integral Theory, and the Conflicting Goals Navigator.

Leaders at all levels. No prior knowledge required. The Masterclass is limited to 12 participants. The training will be held in German.

What will I learn?

  • Acting despite uncertainty: Uncertainty is the new normal. We'll explore ways to take meaningful action anyway – and make more conscious decisions.
  • Juggling conflicting goals: Quarterly numbers or long-term investment? Top-down steering or individual ownership? Performance pressure or mental health? We'll look at how to hold these tensions without being paralyzed by them.
