Our Structured Path to a Living Culture

To make culture development effective and sustainable, we developed SEED—an iterative, methodical framework that enables teams to recognize and actively change cultural patterns.

SEED deliberately focuses on what is actually shapeable: behavior and the underlying structures. This way, culture becomes not only visible but alive and changeable—right in the middle of everyday work.
