The Stellar Alignment program helps leadership teams to develop shared goals for transitioning to regenerative economics and identify pragmatic pathways to achieve them. Workshop 1: Setting the Horizon

In this workshop, we create a shared understanding of what regenerative economics entails. We define the ambition level of our organization, establish a long-term goal for the next 15 years, and gather initial ideas for advancing our offerings. The objective is to develop a Regenerative Roadmap that outlines clear implementation steps across various organizational levels.

Workshop 2: Strategic Framework

In this workshop, we integrate the Regenerative Roadmap into existing strategic elements and the governance of the organization. We focus on defining key areas of focus, setting objectives, and developing a powerful narrative for our journey over the next 15 years. Finally, we construct the further transformation architecture and offer deep dives into impact assessment, business design, or communication as needed.
