In times of increasing complexity, many companies are convinced that new thinking and action is needed in their organisations. This requires people in and around organisations who shape change with courage, joy and openness to the new and drive it forward together with the people in the companies.
At the Loop Academy we train people who want to accompany organisations on their way towards self-organisation and support teams in finding a form of cooperation that suits them. We address both organisational developers in companies and consultants who want to accompany teams in organisations from the outside.
In our trainings we convey the attitude and the theoretical knowledge on which The Loop Approach® is based, as well as the transformation architecture of the Loop framework itself. In addition to the Loop trainings, we also offer a wide range of trainings on topics related to the new way of working. Our didactic approach is an interplay of three qualities: learning, applying and reflecting. To this end, we create an open and trusting space in which joint learning with and from each other is possible.
We offer monthly video calls in which you can get to know us and we present the Loop Approach and our Loop Academy offers to you in a compact form. The focus is also on your questions, which we try to answer as best as possible.
If you would like us to train a group of people in your organisation, please contact us. We also offer inhouse trainings in English.
Since January 2020, we have completed 14 open and 9 inhouse The Loop Approach® Fellow training courses and certified 262 Fellows; since December 2021 8 external The Loop Approach® Coaches were certified.
The creative agency I LIKE VISUALS got support from our The Loop Approach® Fellows Christine Oymann and Hendric Mostert on their way to self-organisation. A report by Anne Spiegelhof.
The Loop Approach is not a project that is finished at some point. We see it as a growing ecosystem that is constantly evolving. In the Loop Community, we have space to share our Loop experiences and further develop the framework.
