In this two-day masterclass, we’ll explore AI as a catalyst for change in organizations, leadership, and collaboration. You’ll learn to contextualize AI beyond the hype and tool demos, identify systemic interactions, and develop concrete starting points for a human-centered AI transformation.
The focus isn’t on perfect prompts or technical details. We’ll examine the systems in which we work and ask: How does AI transformation translate into effective organizational development?
Together, we’ll work with real-world case studies, system maps, AI feedback loops, and a concrete transformation strategy tailored to your own context.

What will I learn?
- You’ll learn to frame AI as an organizational and leadership issue—beyond the hype surrounding tools, pressure to be efficient, and simplistic answers.
- You’ll recognize the systemic interactions that AI creates: in roles, decisions, routines, power dynamics, perceptions of competence, trust, and collaboration.
- Curiosity, skepticism, feeling overwhelmed, resistance, or euphoria: You’ll gain a better understanding of why people react differently to AI and how you can constructively navigate these dynamics.
- You’ll work on a concrete AI transformation initiative tailored to your own context and develop initial next steps for implementation, communication, engagement, and learning.
- By the end, you’ll have greater clarity on how AI—beyond productivity gains—can serve as a catalyst for better organization, more mindful leadership, and effective collaboration.
How will I learn?
The training combines brief insights, systemic reflection, concrete case studies, group discussions, and targeted AI application.
You’ll work with practical methods such as system mapping, tension field analysis, transformation focus, AI resonance loops, and an Intervention Canvas.
AI is not used here as part of a tool training session, but rather deliberately as a sparring partner: to facilitate shifts in perspective, identify blind spots, assess risks and side effects, and refine your own transformation idea.
