The Stellar Alignment Program consists of 2 modules, each 1.5 days long. The two workshops help teams develop shared goals for the transition to regenerative business practices and identify pragmatic paths to get there. Potential dilemmas and conflicting objectives—often arising from 'business as usual' in times of global crises—are also given space to be addressed and transformed into actionable solutions.
In this workshop, we create a shared understanding of what regenerative business practices mean. We define the ambition level for your organization, develop a long-term goal for the next 15 years, and gather initial ideas for evolving your offerings. The aim is to produce a Regenerative Roadmap that outlines clear implementation steps across different organizational levels.
In this workshop, we embed the Regenerative Roadmap into existing strategic elements and the organization’s governance. We focus on and define key priority areas, set specific goals, and develop a compelling narrative for the organization’s journey over the next 15 years. Finally, we build the ongoing transformation architecture and, depending on your needs, offer deep dives into impact measurement, business design, or communication.
