About embrace

What is embrace?

embrace is a scientifically grounded and practice-oriented program designed to strengthen individual and organizational resilience. Developed in co-creation with clients, embrace brings together research, behavioral training, and cultural development.

At its core is the question: What does a workday look like that gives energy instead of taking it?

embrace supports people in developing healthy routines, building mental strength, and working in teams in a productive, connected, and regenerative way.

What does this look like in practice?

Resilience isn’t built in a seminar—it’s built in real everyday work. That’s why embrace starts where culture is lived: in teams, in leadership, in daily routines. Our program begins with an analysis of individual and cultural challenges. From this, concrete resilience prototypes are created, which are then tested directly and iteratively refined.

Micro habits, clear reflection practices, and shared agreements ensure that new routines don’t fade away, but stick. This is how resilience emerges from within: effective, adaptive, and sustainable.

Our Offerings

embrace for Leaders: A four-part online program for up to eight leaders

Leaders need strong self-regulation. At the same time, they serve as role models for resilient behavior and have a major influence on an organization’s culture. For many organizations, it can be helpful to start here and empower leaders in resilience. Because resilient leadership supports resilient teams—and vice versa.

At a glance:

  • Up to 8 leaders can participate, from different functional teams and at roughly the same leadership level
  • Time commitment: 4 modules of 2 hours + 3 hours of individual coaching. Minimum duration: 6 weeks, with sessions every 2–3 weeks
  • Remote
  • Facilitated by 2 experienced coaches from TheDive
  • Success factors include analyzing one’s own resilience needs, testing concrete, practical change impulses, and grounded implementation with step-by-step guidance
  • Price: €19,000 plus VAT

embrace for Teams: A six-part online program for functional teams of up to 12 people

In teams, solutions, behaviors, and routines for everyday work are developed and implemented collectively. This shared awareness and knowledge increases the maturity level of the entire team. Unleashing your own resilient effectiveness leads to focus and productivity. A resilient team strengthens resilient leadership—and vice versa.

At a glance:

  • For functional teams of up to 12 people
  • Time commitment: 6 modules of 3 hours, minimum duration 6 weeks, with sessions every 1–2 weeks
  • Remote
  • Facilitated by 2 experienced coaches from TheDive
  • Success factors include analyzing your own resilience needs, testing concrete, practical change impulses, and grounded implementation with step-by-step guidance
